Founded in 1998 by David Vernon with the help of his brother in-law, Jared Gray. Over the years, Jared took over the daily operation of the company and brought on his semi-retired father (Dick Gray) to help with the business. Dick retired and is enjoying traveling the country with his wife Mary Ellen in their RV.

David Vernon is still involved in various aspects of Pacific Window Tinting but his wife Genise Vernon (Jared’s Sister) has taken over as the managing partner.

  David is very active in East Portland Rotary Club and is the director of East Portland Rotary’s Fostering Kid’s Hope Program supporting the nearly 8,000 Foster Children throughout Oregon.
